I don't that I affirmatively knew anything from this article, is nothing was confirmed. However, I did learn a lot. For instead, being able to daydream is an essential when it comes to having willpower and being creative in every day life. Thus, it is important a lot yourself that sort of time. This raised many more questions for me. For example, being a biology major, I wonder about the physiology behind this. So I am going to do some research in the New England medical journal that I frequently refer to so that I can learn more about it.                                                                                 Make Sure to Daydream!

Learning By Heart: Sleeping More Important than Studying

Why Sleeping May Be More Important than Studying To begin, I have always been very interested in sleep. I have done a lot of studying on my own and I have learned a great deal in my physiology and psychology courses. One of the most interesting facts that was confirmed through this article was that your brain replays that days events in your mind during REM. Something that I didn't know is that this is believed to "solidly" that days information in a type of memory maintenance. Lastly, this article's main claim is based upon this theory. During sheer memorization, the night before an exam, for instance can be discounted if you don't get enough sleep because of the REM that you will be missing out on. I found this really interesting. I think that I email my physiology about this, she has been really interested in this matter as well. Further, I have followed and bookmarked the links that are suggested and ...

Learning by H.E.A.R.T.: Schedule

Image
My current 6 hour schedule is more or less. 1 hour every day Monday-Thursday. I have usually been taking Friday off for my other studies and making up the remaining 2+ hours over the weekend. I really appreciate the opportunity to take those assignments slow. Moreover, I have been completing and enjoying many of core assignments and completing a good amount of the extra credit. I don't know how much time I will be able keep the extra credit up, but I always like to have a cushion! Anyway, I think I will keep this schedule, its been working well for me. Lastly, it looks like I am building toward an A.                                                                Online Class meme, just kidding though!
